Youyue International Limited, formerly Youcan Foods International Limited, is in the business of (i) manufacturing and sale of flexible packaging products offering its services in Zhejiang province and its surrounding areas; and (ii) carrying out project-based activities involving energy conservation services and sustainable development in China. While retaining its existing Packaging business, the change of company name reflects the Group's plans to diversify into sustainable energy technology through project-based activities involving energy conservation services and sustainable developments for new income streams. Change of Name: Youcan Foods International Limited to Youyue International Limited and subsequently to Green Build Technology Limited. Trading under the new name with effect from 6 August 2012 and 9 October 2014 respectively.
