On 3 June 2010, the Company was incorporated in Singapore as a private company limited under the name of Civmec Pte Ltd. On 29 March 2012, the Company was converted into a public company limited and changed its name to Civmec Limited.The Group is an Australian-based integrated multi-disciplinary construction and heavy engineering services provider to the oil and gas, mining and other industries, such as the infrastructure, utilities, chemical and power industries. The Group provides heavy engineering and other services including fabrication, site civil works, pre-cast concrete and maintenance services.
