The Company was incorporated on 18 December 1987 under the name of Miyoshi Precision (S) Pte Ltd. On 25 July 2000, it was converted into a public limited company and changed its name to Miyoshi Precision Limited. Miyoshi Industry Co Ltd (MIC) is a manufacturer and assembler of precision metal components in Japan. The Company was initially established as MIC's wholly-owned manufacturing arm in Singapore.The Group is principally engaged in the design and fabrication of precision tools and dies, as well as the manufacture of stamped precision components for the following industries: hard disk drive; audio/video and office equipment. The Group is also involved in the assembly of some of the precision components for these industries.
