The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 28 July 2004 under the name of World Precision Machinery Pte Ltd and adopted the present name on 28 March 2006.The Group is a manufacturer of stamping machines and its related components (which include machinery parts and accessories as well as resin-casted components). The stamping machines produced by the Group are suitable for manual and automated metal-stamping operations and are used for a variety of stamping applications such as cutting, punching, stretching, forming, bending and straightening. The stamping machines can also be used with different dies and adjusted to variable speeds and are available in different tonnages to cater for different requirements of customers. The end-users of these stamping machines are mainly product manufacturers from the automobile, hardware, electrical appliances and electronics industries. The machines are currently distributed or sold to manufacturers in Pearl River Delta region which includes Guangdong and Fujian; the Yangtze River Delta region which includes Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai; Jiangxi; Bohai Bay Area which includes Shandong, Jingjintang and Dongbei; Hunan and Hubei; Chongqing which includes Sichuan; Beijing; and Anhui.Its production operations are carried out in Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, China with an approximate production floor area of 130,000 sq m. The Group markets its stamping machines under the AOTU Trademark and the World Trademark.Bright World Precision Machinery Limited has changed its name to World Precision Machinery Limited. Trading under the new name with effect from 4 May 2011
