With the divestment in end January 2006 of William Jacks PLC, which distributes motor vehicles in the United Kingdom, the Group’s current principal activities are in distribution and retailing of health foods and supplements in Singapore and Brunei and metal fabrication, installation of piping and ducting business in Australia.The Company's immediate holding company is Abacus Pacific NV, incorporated in the Netherlands. The ultimate holding company is Johan Hldgs Bhd, incorporated in Malaysia and listed on the KLSE.
