Listed on SGX-ST Catalist in 2004, Zhongxin Fruit and Juice Limited (formerly known as New Lakeside Holdings Limited), is a subsidiary of the world's leading producer of fruit and vegetable juice concentrates and beverages, SDIC Zhonglu Fruit Juice Co., Ltd. The Company produces concentrated apple juice mainly for export to multinational F&B corporations in the United States, European Union, South Africa, Canada, Japan and Australia. The concentrated apple juice is used as an ingredient in packet juice drinks, soft drinks, cider, yoghurt and candies. The Company currently operates two wholly-owned subsidiaries - New Lakeside Fruit Juice (Yuncheng) Co., Ltd. and New Lakeside Fruit Juice (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd. and one 50%-owned associated company - Shanxi Linyi Lakeside Fruit Juice Co., Ltd. Change of Name: New Lakeside Holdings Limited to Zhongxin Fruit and Juice Limited. Trading under the new name with effect from 5 March 2013.
