The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 31 December 1981 as a private company limited. The Company was converted into a public company and changed its name to Avi-Tech Electronics Limited on 9 July 2007. The Group is principally engaged in the provision of services and products to the semiconductor industry. The principal business activities of its Group can be broadly categorised into the following three segments:-(i) Burn-In and Related Services;(ii) Design and Manufacture of Burn-In Boards and Boards Related Products; and(iii) Engineering Services and Equipment Distribution.The Group's Singapore production facility has a total built up area of approximately 12,000 sq. m. and it is occupy approximately 10,000 sq. m. as at the Latest Practicable Date.Currently, its Singapore facility has over 120 Burn-In Systems, supporting the Burn-In of different semiconductor device types ranging from microprocessors, memories, micro-controllers, automotive control circuits and custom made chips to the latest pin grid array and ball grid array.
