CEFC International Limited was incorporated in Bermuda on 24 August 2004.Its headquarters is in Beijing and its production facilities are in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. With effect from 16 August 2012, the name of the Company has been changed to "CEFC International Limited", where "CEFC" is the acronym for "China Energy Force Corporation", to better reflect the Company's new businesses in the petrochemical and energy businesses going forward while the existing businesses continue to operate.
